Headlamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Depending upon headlamp assembly to be replaced, remove RH or LH turn signal/parking lamp assembly as described.

2. Disconnect wiring harness to headlamp bulbs.

3. Remove battery if replacing driver side headlamp assembly.

NOTE: The battery must be removed to access driver side headlamp assembly.

4. Reaching behind headlamp assembly, remove three clips retaining headlamp assembly to radiator grille opening panel reinforcement. Remove headlamp assembly.

5. Transfer mounting brackets and both headlamp bulb and socket assemblies to new headlamp assembly.





6. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Adjust headlamps as described.
