Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

NOTE:
- Whenever an A/C evaporator core is replaced, it will be necessary to replace the suction accumulator/drier.
- Before an A/C evaporator core is replaced, it must be leak-tested in the vehicle to verify that it is leaking.

REMOVAL
1. Remove A/C evaporator housing.
2. Remove A/C recirculating air duct.
3. Remove heater dash panel seal and evaporator retaining nut.
4. Remove two screws from rear of A/C evaporator housing.
5. Remove four screws from front of A/C evaporator housing.
6. Separate A/C evaporator housing and remove A/C evaporator core.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
