Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove accessory drive belt (8620).
2. Loosen drive belt tensioner retaining bolts completely and remove drive belt tensioner (6B209) from front of engine.

INSTALLATION
1. Install drive belt tensioner and retaining bolts onto front of engine. Tighten retaining bolts to 20-30 Nm (15-22 ft. lbs.).
2. Install accessory drive belt.
