Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove accessory drive belt.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Remove RH front wheel and tire assembly.
4. Remove RH splash shield to obtain access to crankshaft pulley (6312).
5. Remove crankshaft pulley retaining bolt from crankshaft (6303).
6. Remove crankshaft pulley from crankshaft.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse removal procedure, noting the following:
^ Install crankshaft pulley retainer bolt. Tighten retaining bolt to 110-120 Nm (81-89 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten RH splash shield retaining bolts securely.
