Front
REMOVAL1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove outer brake shoe and lining spring clip from brake shoe and lining and front disc brake caliper anchor plate.
4. Remove locating pin covers and remove disc brake caliper locating pins.
5. Disconnect front brake hose at front shock absorber.
6. Lift front disc brake caliper off front disc brake rotor. Remove inboard brake shoe and lining from front disc brake caliper.
7. Remove front brake hose from front disc brake caliper and plug hose.
INSTALLATION
1. Install front brake hose onto disc brake caliper. Tighten to 14 Nm (10 ft. lbs.).
2. Position inboard brake shoe and lining onto disc brake caliper. Position disc brake caliper on front disc brake caliper anchor plate.
3. Install two disc brake caliper locating pins. Tighten to 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Install outer brake shoe and lining and spring clip.
5. Connect front brake hose at front shock absorber.
6. Bleed brake system.
7. Install wheel and tire assembly. Tighten lug nuts to 85 Nm (62 ft. lbs.).
8. Lower vehicle and retest.
