Front

REMOVAL
1. If equipped with power seats, disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove front seat side shield.

CAUTION: Use care when handling seat and track assembly. Dropping assembly or sitting on seat not secured in vehicle may result in damaged components.






3. Remove one bolt retaining front safety belt retractor and tongue to front seat frame. Slide safety belt upward from behind seat.
4. Position front seat fully forward.






5. Remove the two screws (one each side) retaining front seat track rear shield. Remove front seat track rear shield.






6. Remove four bolts (two each side) retaining seat track to floorpan.
7. Position front seat fully rearward.






8. Remove two bolts retaining front seat tracks to front floor pan.
9. Disconnect wiring harness from seat.
10. Remove seat from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
2. Tighten front seat track-to-floor pan bolts to 20-26 Nm (15-19 ft lb).
3. Tighten front safety belt retractor and tongue bolts.
