Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY

Instrument Panel - Rear View:

NOTE: Refer to the Instrument Panel - Rear View illustration when disassembling or assembling the instrument panel.

1. Remove instrument panel.
2. Remove screws retaining windshield defroster hose nozzle to instrument panel. Remove windshield defroster hose nozzle.
3. Remove screws retaining heater air plenum chamber to instrument panel. Remove heater air plenum chamber.
4. Disconnect wiring harness retaining clips. Remove instrument panel wiring.
5. Disconnect and remove A/C side window demister and hose.
6. Press retaining tabs and remove A/C register.
7. Remove upper speedometer cable from instrument panel.
8. Remove passenger side air bag module.

ASSEMBLY
1. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
