Dashboard / Instrument Panel: Description and Operation

The instrument panel houses the controls for most of the vehicle's electrical systems.
^ The glove compartment is located in lower RH side of the instrument panel.
^ The LH side of the instrument panel frames the steering column tube and houses the instrument cluster.
^ The center of the instrument panel houses the heater A/C control and radio chassis.
^ It can also include the cigar lighter knob and element and ash receptacle or a tape holder.
