Instrument Cluster - Finish Panel

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S) REQUIRED
Radio Removing Tool T87P-19061-A

REMOVAL
1. Remove RH instrument panel moulding and LH instrument panel finish panel from instrument panel by pulling away from instrument panel and snapping out of retainers.
2. Disconnect electric clock.
3. Install Radio Removing Tool T87P-19061-A into radio face plate. Push tools in approximately 38 mm (1.5 inches) to release retaining clips.

CAUTION: Do not use excessive force when installing radio removal tool, as this will damage retaining clips, and make radio chassis removal difficult.

4. Apply a slight spreading force on tools and pull radio chassis out of instrument panel.
5. Disconnect the wiring connectors and remove the radio chassis.
6. Remove 8 screws retaining instrument panel finish panel to instrument panel.
7. Pull instrument panel finish panel away from instrument panel while unsnapping RH and LH upper corner retainers and disconnect wiring. Remove instrument panel finish panel from vehicle.

Radio Chassis Installation:

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten cluster finish panel retaining screws to 2-3 Nm (18-26 Lb-In).
