Floor Duct
REMOVAL1. Remove rear seat air flow duct. Rear Seat Air Flow
2. Pull instrument panel ash receptacle out to the stop.
3. Remove two screws retaining the ash receptacle retainer to the instrument panel.
4. Lower front of instrument panel ash receptacle. Lift rear of instrument panel ash receptacle up to compress retaining clips. Carefully slide instrument panel ash receptacle toward front of vehicle to disengage retaining clips.
5. Disconnect ash receptacle wiring at connector.
6. Remove two nuts retaining [1][2]windshield defroster door vacuum control motor and position aside.
7. Remove lower screw retaining [1][2]heater air damper door vacuum control motor and rotate upward to gain access to RH duct screw.
8. Remove two screws retaining passenger (rear) side of heater outlet floor duct to the heater air plenum chamber assembly.
9. Remove one plastic push pin fastener retaining the heater outlet floor duct to the LH end of the heater air plenum chamber and remove the heater outlet floor duct.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
