Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove disc brake caliper, front disc brake rotor and wheel hub assemblies. Discard caliper mounting bolts.
4. Using a Pulley Puller D81P-19703-B or equivalent, remove front brake anti-lock sensor indicator from wheel hub.

INSTALLATION
1. Support center of wheel hub so lug bolts do not rest on work surface.

CAUTION: Make sure front brake anti-lock sensor indicator is pressed on straight to prevent damage.

2. Position front brake anti-lock sensor indicator on wheel hub. Using Sensing Ring Replacer, T88P-20202-A or equivalent, press until flush with top of wheel hub.
3. Install wheel hub, front disc brake rotor and disc brake caliper assemblies. Use new caliper mounting bolts.
4. Install wheel and tire assembly. Tighten lug nuts to 115-142 Nm (85-104 ft. lbs.).
5. Lower vehicle.
