Keyless Entry Transmitter Battery: Service and Repair






REMOVAL
1. Twist a thin coin between the two halves of the keyless entry remote transmitter.

CAUTION: Do not take the front half of the transmitter apart.

NOTE: The keyless entry remote transmitter is powered by two coin-type, three-volt lithium batteries. Install new batteries positive (+) side down as marked.

2. Carefully swing the contacts off the batteries and remove the old batteries.

INSTALLATION
1. Carefully swing the contacts back onto the top of the batteries.
2. Snap the two halves of the transmitter back together.
