Front Door Window Glass: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove front door trim panel and front door trim shield.
2. Remove front door belt line inside weatherstrip.
3. Lower front door window glass to access holes in door inner panel. Remove two nuts retaining front door window glass to front door window channel bracket.
4. Loosen nut and washer retaining door window glass inner stabilizer.
5. Remove front door window glass by tipping it forward then removing from between door belt opening to outboard side of door.

INSTALLATION
1. Install front door window glass into front door at front door belt line outside weatherstrip. Make sure that front door window glass is set within front door glass run latch side retainers.
2. Position front door window glass to front door window channel bracket. Install two nuts to secure front door window glass to front door window channel bracket. Tighten nut and washer assemblies to 10-14 Nm (89-123 Lb-In).
3. Install front door belt line inside weatherstrip. Tighten screws to 2-3 Nm (18-26 Lb-In).
4. Raise front door window glass to within 75 mm (3 inches) of full-up position and adjust front door window glass.
5. Install front door trim panel and front door trim shield.
