Seat Belt Reminder Lamp: Description and Operation

Safety Belt
Safety belt warning operates as follows:
- If driver safety belt is not fastened with ignition switch turned to RUN, the SAFETY BELT warning will illuminate steadily for approximately one minute.
- The safety belt warning chime will also sound for approximately 6 (±2) seconds.
- If the driver fastens the safety belt while the safety belt warning is illuminated or safety belt warning chime sounds, they will turn off immediately.
