Liquid Vapor Separator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Perform fuel pressure release procedure.
2. Remove fuel tank.
3. Pry carefully and remove evaporative emission valve from top of fuel tank.
4. Replace fuel filter if evaporative emission valve is damaged.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Apply a light coat of engine oil meeting Ford specification WSS-M2C910-A1 to the tube end to ease assembly.
