Illuminated Entry

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the illuminated entry system to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
- Outside door handles.

Electrical
- Fuses junction panel open: 4 (10A), 27 (10A).
- Circuitry open/shorted.
- Damaged integrated lamp control.

3. If inspection reveals obvious concerns that can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go to the Symptom Chart. Illuminated Entry
