Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the headlamps to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following electrical concerns apply.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
- circuitry open/shorted.
- connectors damaged.
- Open bulb.
- Damaged headlamp switch.
- Fuse junction panel fuse: CIGAR LTR (20A).
- Power distribution box Fuse 7 (60A).

3. If the inspection reveals obvious concern(s) that can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Chart(s)
