Temperature Gauge: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove five screws retaining instrument cluster main lens and instrument cluster mask assembly to instrument cluster back plate and remove.
3. Pull out main dial assembly from instrument cluster back plate.
4. Remove two screws retaining engine coolant temperature gauge to main dial assembly.
5. Remove engine coolant temperature gauge from main dial.

INSTALLATION
1. Position engine coolant temperature gauge on main dial.
2. Install two retaining screws.
3. Install main dial assembly into instrument cluster back plate aligning assembly over proper guides.
4. Position instrument cluster main lens and instrument cluster mask assembly on instrument cluster back plate and install five retaining screws.
5. Reconnect battery ground cable.
