Oil Pump: Testing and Inspection

- Check the inside of the oil pump housing and gears for damage or excessive wear.
- Inspect gears for nicks, burrs or score marks. Remove minor imperfections with an oil stone.
- Replace oil pump (6600) if housing or gears are excessively worn, scored or grooved.
