With 15 Inch Wheels
FRONTFront disc brakes use a pin slider-type disc brake caliper assembly with a 276 mm (10.87 inch) full cast front disc brake rotor.
^ The disc brake caliper has a caliper piston with a piston seal and a press-in type dust boot.
^ The disc brake caliper assembly is retained to the front disc brake caliper anchor plate with one brake caliper bolt and one disc brake caliper locating pin contained in the anchor plate.
^ The front disc brake caliper anchor plate is attached to the front wheel spindle by two M 12 X 1.75 X 30 mm bolts. Using longer bolts will damage the front disc brake rotor.
^ Rubber insulators isolate the disc brake caliper locating pins from direct contact with the disc brake caliper.
^ The brake hose inlet port thread size is M 10 X 1.5.
REAR
The rear disc brake caliper assembly consists of:
^ caliper housing with single rear disc brake piston and adjuster and parking brake mechanism
^ inner and outer rear brake shoes and linings
^ rear disc support bracket
^ two lubricated disc brake caliper locating pins that position rear disc brake piston and adjuster relative to rear disc support bracket.
^ rubber slide pin boot seals that prevent lubrication
^ washout and corrosion of disc brake caliper
