Power Seat Track

REMOVAL
1. Remove seat assembly.

CAUTION: Use care when handling a seat and track assembly. Dropping the assembly on the floor or sitting on a seat not secured in the vehicle may result in damaged components.

2. Place the seat upside down on a clean bench.
3. Disconnect seat regulator control switch from front seat track assembly at connectors.
4. Remove the front seat cushion side shields from the side of the seat cushion, if equipped.
5. Remove four bolts retaining the front seat track to the front seat cushion frame and spring. Remove front seat track from seat.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the front seat track assembly to the front seat cushion frame and spring.
2. Install the four seat track-to-seat cushion frame and spring assembly retaining bolts. Tighten to 12-24 Nm (106-212 lb-in).
3. Install the front seat cushion side shields to the seat cushion, if equipped, or front seat track.
4. Install front safety belt buckle end and front safety belt buckle end bolts to front seat track. Tighten bolt to 30-43 Nm (23-31 lb-ft).
5. Connect the seat regulator control switch to the front seat track assembly at the connectors.
6. Install seat assembly. Connect the seat regulator motor connector and the seat sensor switch connector.
7. Check operation of the seat.
