Optional Sport Seat

REMOVAL
1. Remove front seat. Place seat on a clean surface.
2. Remove the front seat cushion side shield.
3. Disconnect front seat back pad adjusting pump tubes from seat control switch.
4. Disconnect seat back control switch and housing connectors from seat wiring harness and remove front seat cushion side shield from seat.
5. Remove two bolts from front seat back latch to front seat cushion frame and spring.
6. Remove J-retainers on front seat cushion cover from front seat cushion frame and spring assembly at front, rear and sides. Remove front seat cushion cover and front seat cushion pads from front seat cushion frame and spring.
7. Lift front and sides of front seat cushion cover from front seat cushion pad exposing cover listing and wires embedded in front seat cushion pad. Cut four hog rings from each front seat cushion cover side wire listing and each front seat cushion pad wire.







8. Cut three hog rings from front seat cushion cover front wire listing and front seat cushion pad front wire. Remove front seat cushion cover from front seat cushion pad. Remove each side listing tie down wire from each listing and remove front listing tie down wire from front listing.







INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Transfer all bolster tiedown wires to their respective listings in new rear seat cushion cover.
3. Position rear seat cushion cover over rear seat cushion pad and frame.
4. Position and secure four vertical tiedown listings, and engage hook and loop fasteners. Turn cushion over and secure rear seat cushion cover to rear seat cushion pad and frame with hog rings. Install the rear seat cushion assembly.
