Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc: Description and Operation

There are three combinations of audio system components available on Thunderbird, Cougar vehicles:
- Electronic Search Cassette (ESC) radio chassis
- Premium Analog Cassette (PAC) radio chassis
- Digital Audio Compact Disc (CDR) radio chassis. The base system consists of four base radio speakers.

Premium
The premium audio system consists of the Premium Analog Cassette radio chassis and a separate radio amplifier or the Digital Audio Compact Disc radio chassis.
