REMOVAL

NOTE: If auxiliary seat safety belts are present, they must be detached from rear seat safety bolts at the C-pillar.

1. Remove rear seat cushion.
2. Remove rear seat back.
3. Hold stud stationary at the hex collar which is located behind the quarter trim panel and remove quarter trim panel.
4. Remove bolt and D-ring assembly from C-pillar post.
5. Remove rear seat safety belt anchor plate-to-sill bolt.
6. Remove rear seat safety belt anchor bolt and safety belt retractor and tongue from C-pillar.
7. Remove seat belt webbing from quarter trim panel and roof side inner moulding.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
2. Make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted. If it is, remove the twist.
3. Tighten all anchor bolts to 34-46 Nm (25-33 lb ft) for each mounting position.
4. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
