Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
1. Verify the customer's concern by duplicating the condition.Visual Inspection Chart:
2. Visually inspect the system, using the Visual Inspection Chart chart, to determine if the electrical or mechanical concerns apply.
3. If the inspection reveals obvious concern(s) that can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go to Symptom Diagnosis.
