E2 Check Circuit 601 (LB/PK) For Shorts to Ground

- Remove fuse 9 (10A) from fuse junction panel.

- Disconnect anti-lock brake control module connector.

- Using an ohmmeter connected to a known good ground, measure resistance at module connector pin 14, circuit 601 (LB/PK).

- Is resistance greater than 10,000 ohms?

YES -- Replace anti-lock brake module. Restore vehicle. Retest system.

NO -- Service circuit 601 (LB/PK) for short to ground as required. Replace fuse 9 (10A). Restore vehicle. Retest system.
