Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect and isolate battery ground cable.
2. Remove drive belt and alternator.
3. Drain and remove coolant recovery reservoir.
4. Remove power steering return hose from pump and drain fluid into clean container.
5. Remove idler pulley from power steering pump support.
6. Remove power steering bracket mounting bolt from under tensioner mounting.
7. Remove power steering pump support with pump still attached.
8. Remove pulley using pump pulley remover tool T69L-10300-B, or equivalent.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
