Odometer: Description and Operation

The odometer operates in the following manner:
1. Displays miles.
2. The Total odometer reading consists of 6 digits.
3. The total odometer range is from 000000 to 999999 miles.

Odometer Replacement
The mileage on replacement speedometer/odometers cannot be reset. If a replacement speedometer/odometer is installed, a label recording the vehicle's mileage and date at the time of the speedometer/odometer replacement must be attached to the driver door jamb.
