Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the vehicle owner's concern by operating the clock to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if mechanical or electrical concerns apply:
a. Mechanical
1. Check for obvious damage to integrated control panel.
b. Electrical
1. Check integrated control panel/audio system.
