OWNER LETTERS - PHASE MAILING
Owner Notification letters for 1997 model year vehicles will be mailed in phases, beginning with the most recent production models.

OASIS
OASIS will only be active for VINs when the Owner Notification letters are mailed.

CLAIMS
1997 MODEL YEAR VEHICLES
Enter claims using DWE. See ACESII Manual, Sections 5 and 6.

1996 MODEL YEAR VEHICLES
For all 1996 model year Taurus/Sable core plug replacements, technicians are to call 1-800-325-5621 for prior repair approval and and authorization code. Claiming instructions will be provided by the Recall Hotline.

OWNER REFUNDS
See ACESII Manual, Section 3-59 for submission procedures.

For owner-paid coolant by-pass kit installations prior to the date of the Owner Letter, enter using DWE:
