Removal

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove screw retaining brake hose bracket to shock absorber bracket.
4. Remove retaining clip from parking brake cable at caliper.



5. Release tension from parking brake rear cable and disengage parking brake cable end from brake lever.
6. If the caliper is to be removed for service, disconnect the brake hose from the caliper and plug hose.

Pinch Bolt And Slider Pin:

6. Remove pinch bolts.

Rear Caliper:

7. Lift caliper away from anchor plate.
8. Remove slider pins and boots from anchor plate.
