Engine/Brake/HVAC Feedback Synopsis

Engine Feedback
Over a 6 month sample there was an average of 673 engine hits per month. During the first month after the May release engine feedback hits dropped to 473 hits (28% decrease).

Brake Feedback
Over a 6 month sample there was an average of 352 Brake hits per month. During the first month after the May release the monthly count increased to 414 hits (16% increase).

HVAC Feedback
During a one month sample HVAC feedback accounted for 726 hits. During the first month after the May release the HVAC monthly average increased to 1045 hits (43% increase).

Note:
A one month sample was used for HVAC to account for seasonal variations. The sample is exactly one year previous to the current sample. The engine and brake feedback averages indicated little change from month to month, allowing for a larger sample to be used to calculate the monthly average.

Overall
Monthly feedback hits for Engine, Brakes, and HVAC increased from 1751 hits to 1938 hits (11% increase).

After the August release I'll update the monthly averages. This should be a measurable indication of the effectiveness of the current engine rework projects.
