Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove front wheels and drain transaxle fluid into a suitable container.
2. Remove front wheel driveshaft and joint, then use converter seal remover tool No. T94P-77000-B and impact slide hammer tool No. T50T-100-A or equivalents to remove differential oil seal. Discard seal.

INSTALLATION
1. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Apply a thin film of petroleum jelly to outer diameter and lip of new oil seal.
b. Tap seal into place using output seal replacer tool No. T86P-1177-B or equivalent.
c. Fill transaxle with suitable ATF.
