Front
Removal1. Raise vehicle on hoist and remove from wheel and tire assemblies.

2. Remove stabilizer bar link (5K 484) from the front shock absorber and stabilizer bar retaining nuts.
CAUTION: Use extreme care to avoid damage to stabilizer bar link ball joint seal. If seal is damaged, replace stabilizer bar link assembly.
Remove stabilizer bar link from stabilizer bar using ball joint remover D88L-3006A or equivalent.
3. Remove stabilizer bar insulator bracket to sub-frame bolts.
4. Remove front stabilizer bar.
Installation
1. Position front stabilizer bar in vehicle. Install stabilizer insulator mounting brackets to sub-frame bolts. Tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
2. CAUTION: Use extreme care to avoid damage to stabilizer bar link ball joint seal. If seal is damaged, replace stabilizer bar link assembly.
Attach stabilizer bar link to front stabilizer bar and front shock absorber. Install four nuts. Tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
3. Install front wheel and tire assemblies. Tighten lug nuts to 85 Nm (63 lb-ft).
4. Lower vehicle.
