ISSUE:
The license plate attaching fasteners may break during removal. This may be caused by corrosion between two different metals.

ACTION:
Install a new License Plate Fastener Service Kit (F7RZ-17A387-AA). The service kit has new inserts that are constructed of plastic instead of brass. The plastic should reduce corrosion and the possibility of the fasteners breaking during removal. Refer to Instruction Sheet 7281A, included in the kit, for details.
