C1671-6: Check Circuit 74 (BL) For Short to Ground

- Remove fuse 22 (7.5A).

- Turn ignition switch to the OFF position.

- Disconnect breakout box cable 22-pin connector from anti-lock brake control module.

- Using Rotunda 73 Digital Multimeter 105-R0051 or equivalent set to ohms, check the resistance of pin 21 at breakout box to a known good ground.

- Is resistance less than 10 K ohms?

YES -- Service circuit 74 (BL) for short to ground. Replace fuse 22 (7.5A). Clear all DTCs. Retest system.

NO -- Go to C1671-5. C1671-5: Check Fuse 22 (7.5A) Output
