Instrument Panel Finish Panel - Center

REMOVAL and INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.

NOTE: When the battery has been disconnected or reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the Powertrain Control Module relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 18 km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.

2. Remove radio chassis and CD player if equipped.
3. Remove two screws at front of floor console panel (high level console) from under instrument panel through center finish panel.
4. Carefully pull center finish panel out at top to disengage retaining clips.
5. Pull center finish panel up from behind console panel.
6. Disconnect wiring harness connectors. Remove center finish panel.
7. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
