H31 Check Power to Relay

- Check voltage between pump motor relay connector pin A and ground.

- Is voltage reading over 10 volts?

YES -- Go to H32. H32 Check Circuit 57

NO -- Service or replace battery, 40 amp fuse, circuit 537 (T/Y). Restore vehicle. Retest system.
