Removal


Front Lower Control Arm Removal




1. Raise the vehicle.

2. Remove the front wheel.

3. Remove the front stabilizer nuts, washers, bushings, bolts and sleeves.




4. Remove the lower control arm front bushing bolt and washer.




5. Remove the bolts securing the lower control arm rear bushing retaining strap.




6. Remove the nut and bolt securing the lower ball-joint to the steering knuckle.




7. Separate the steering knuckle from the lower bail-joint.

8. Remove the lower control arm.




9. Remove the nut and washers from the lower control arm rear pivot bolt.




10. Remove the lower control arm rear bushing.
