D3 - Check Rear Shoulder Strap Switch

- Disconnect the rear shoulder strap switch connector on the inoperative side(s) of the vehicle.

- Measure the resistance of the "BK" wire between the rear shoulder strap switch connector and ground.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

YES -- Replace the passive restraint control module.

NO -- Service the "BK" wire.
