B4 - Check Wire Between Control Module and Door Latch Switch

- Key OFF.

- Locate and disconnect the passive restraint control module connector C2.

- Disconnect the door latch switch connector.

- Measure the resistance of the "BL/Y" wire (driver's side inoperative) or "BL/O" switch (passenger's side inoperative) between the passive restraint control module connector C2 and ground.

- Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms?

YES -- Go to B5. B5 - Check Wire Between Module and Rear Shoulder Strap Switch

NO -- Service the wire in question.
