Front Seat Belt, Retractor and Tongue

Removal

1. Remove the retractor bezel screws.
2. Pull the lap belt out of the retractor bezel and remove the bezel.
3. Position the floor carpeting to gain access to the front safety belt retractor and tongue bolts.





4. Remove the front safety belt retractor and tongue bolts and remove the front safety belt retractor and tongue.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure. lighten the front safety belt retractor and tongue bolts to 30-40 N.m (22-30 lb-ft).
