Pinpoint Test F: A/C Blower Motor Runs Constantly

F1 Check Blower Motor Switch
- Perform the Blower Motor Switch component test.
Is the blower motor switch OK?
Yes
GO to F2.
No
REPLACE the blower motor switch.

F2 Check Wire Between A/C Blower Motor And A/C Blower Motor Resistor
- Locate and disconnect the A/C blower motor connector.
- Locate and disconnect the A/C blower motor resistor connector C2.
- Measure the resistance of the "BL/BK" wire between the A/C blower motor connector and ground.
Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms?
Yes
SERVICE the wire(s) between the A/C blower motor resistor and the blower motor switch for short(s) to ground.
No
SERVICE the "BL/BK" wire.
