Visual Inspection







Mechanical Electrical

- Insufficient ABS hydraulic fluid - Blown fuse(s):
- Damaged anti-lock brake sensor - 10A ABS
indicators - 15A METER
- Damaged hydraulic anti-lock - 10A STOP
actuator assembly - 60A ABS
- Damaged hydraulic system piping - Blown anti-lock brake warning indicator
- Shorted wires
- Poor connections
- Corroded connectors
- Poor insulation
- Damaged anti-lock brake sensors
- Damaged hydraulic anti-lock actuator assembly
- Damaged anti-lock relay
- Damaged hydraulic anti-lock actuator
assembly solenoids or motor
- Damaged Brake ON/OFF (BOO) switch
- Damaged anti-lock brake control module


NOTE: The hydraulic anti-lock actuator assembly is not serviceable nor can it be pressure checked. If any of its components fail, it must be replaced as a complete unit.
