ISSUE:
There may be a transaxle fluid leak at the transaxle oil cooler lines where they connect to the radiator. This may be caused by the cooler lines being cross-threaded at the radiator connection by the assembly plant. Refer to the Affected Vehicle Chart to determine the vehicles affected.
ACTION:
Replace the transaxle oil cooler lines and the radiator. Refer to the 1995 Contour/Mystique Service Manual, Section 07-02 for removal and installation procedures. Refill the transaxle fluid to the proper level, referring to Section 07-01 of the Service Manual for refilling procedures.
