ISSUE:
When servicing the transaxle, the Coast Clutch Piston Seal Protector (T94P-77OOO-D3) may not fully seat on some forward/direct/coast clutch cylinder assemblies due to an oversized hub. Refer to Figure 1.





ACTION:
If service is required on the forward/direct/coast clutch cylinder assembly, verify the coast clutch piston seal protector fully seats on the cylinder hub prior to reassembly. Refer to Figure 2. If the Coast Clutch Piston Seal Protector (T94P-77000-D3) does not fully seat on the cylinder hub, replace the forward/direct/coast clutch cylinder assembly. Refer to the Parts Block for the correct forward/direct/coast clutch cylinder assembly.
