Parts Requirements
Dealers must dial the toll-free number 1-800-325-5621 and give the operator Recall 95S06 and the air bag module's serial number. If the operator verifies that the module is suspect, the dealer will receive replacement module from the supplier. If the operator verifies that the removed module is not suspect, reinstall the air bag module and release the vehicle. You will be billed $540.83 for the replacement air bag module. This amount (plus 40% markup) should be claimed on your recall claim form as follows:

For Dealers NOT on ACESII:
Enter total amount (part cost & markup) in Misc. Section of 1864.

For Dealers ON ACESII:
Enter total amount (part cost & markup) as "OTHER" in Misc. Expense area.

Important Note:
Do NOT order replacement air bag modules through normal order processing channels for this recall. Follow the procedure below:

When calling this number, have the removed module at hand and be prepared to give the following information:

^ Recall Number 95S06
^ V.I.N. Number of Vehicle
^ Removed Module's Serial Number (shown on tag with Ford oval)
^ Color of module and/or Ford part number from module tag
^ P&A code
^ Mailing address
^ Name of contact at dealership

Parts Return
You are required to return the removed suspect module in the container in which the replacement module was received. Ship to TRW at the following address using the pre-paid shipping label included with the replacement module. Ship within 15 working days of your telephone order date to avoid a potential charge back on the Dealer's Payment Statement. The returned module will be checked and the serial number verified.
