Rear Seat - Retractor and Tongue

REMOVAL
1. Remove rear seat cushion.





2. Remove one bolt retaining rear safety belt retractor and tongue to C-pillar.
3. Snap out rear safety belt opening bezel in quarter trim panel.
4. Remove quarter trim panel.





5. Remove rear safety belt retractor retaining bolt.
6. Remove plate end of safety belt through the opening in the quarter trim panel.





7. Remove rear seat shoulder strap guide retaining bolt.
8. Remove rear safety belt retractor and tongue assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
2. Make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted. If it is, remove the twist.
3. Tighten retractor retaining bolt and safety belt plate to C-pillar bolt to 38 Nm (28 lb-ft).
4. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
