Install New Fuel Tank (Includes Inspection, 1.0 Hrs. Insert in Box "B" on Form 1864

Administrative Allowance 0.1 Hrs.

NOTE:
Add Administrative Allowance to the total repair time.

Labor Allowance For Dealers On ACESII Pilot:
Submit using DWE.

Extraordinary Expense Allowance:
Extraordinary expenses associated with fuel tank flushing and disposal may be included on the claim. Supporting documentation justifying these costs must be maintained and are subject to audit.

^ For dealers not on ACESII Pilot, enter expenses in MISCELLANEOUS TRANSPORTATION BOX on 1864. Enter cost for flushing (Labor time for flushing of 0.7 hr. times your labor rate = Cost to Flush) in MISC. TRANSPORTATION BOX on Form 1864.

^ For dealers on ACESII Pilot, enter Labor Operation 94S97D and 0.7 Hr. in the Labor Operation Column. Non-labor expenses associated with disposal must be entered as "HANDLG" in the MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSE AREA.

Parts Requirements:

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Parts are required only if the inspection reveals a leak. It is expected that very few, if any, inspected tanks will require replacement. Do not order a replacement tank until the inspection has determined the need for a replacement fuel tank.

If a fuel tank is required, order through normal order processing channels.

Fuel Cost:
The fuel tank MUST BE FILLED AT LEAST 24 hours prior to inspection.

NOTE:
For stock units, the cost to top-off the fuel tank is already included in normal sales procedures. Therefore, do not claim fuel cost for these units as part of this program.

For units in customer hands, claim cost of fuel as follows:

^ For dealers not on ACESII, enter fuel cost (up to a maximum of $20) in the Miscellaneous Expense Box.

^ For dealers on ACESII, enter fuel cost (up to a maximum of $20) as "OTHER" in the Miscellaneous Expense Area.
