EGR Electronic Vacuum Regulator Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

^ Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the EGR vacuum regulator control.
^ Lightly blow air into the EGR vacuum regulator control and verify that air does not flow.
^ Disconnect the fuel charging wiring from the EGR vacuum regulator control.
^ Apply battery voltage and a ground to the EGR vacuum regulator control at the connector.
^ Lightly blow air into the EGR vacuum regulator control and verify that air does flow through the EGR vacuum regulator control.
^ If Air does not blow through the EGR vacuum regulator control, replace the EGR vacuum control regulator.
